Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals is a band formed by Phil Anselmo (Pantera, Down) with guitarist Marzi Montazeri (ex-Superjoint Ritual), drummer José Manuel Gonzales (Warbeast) and bassist Steve Taylor.
